We have stopped filming as Vicky has told us that the video is ok and that all we need to do now is work a little more on the planning folder. From here we can all finish our critical evaluation and finish the coursework!

now, we have done all our filming and we are currently editing it all for todays deadline.

Equipment
Equipment
For the filming we will need a lot of equipment therefore we need to plan when we need certain equipment, we will record each use of the equipment below.
EQUIPMENT DATE USED
Camcorder
Tripod
Lighting
Costume
Computers
We have decided as a group to experiment with roles with the production of our short film, so each member of the group will get to have a go at each role and If one of us prefer to do one role, then it will be discussed to fit each other into set roles to make the film look better.
These are the preliminary roles.
James Sture is the main protagonist; we will film at his house so it is a lot easier to get costume (the protagonist wears a suit). James is the third cameraman.
Ellen Wilkinson as casting, she will be holding casting sessions and will be directing the short film. Ellen is the second cameraman.
Brett Harrison as lighting, sound and the main cameraman, he will be in control of the set and lighting and any other work, which may need doing.
When it comes to editing we will work mainly as a team but James Sture will be editing quite a lot, as he knows how to use Imovie very well. He will consult the other members of the production to find out their ideas on the movie and help him with the editing.

Updating the portfolio
As the deadline for the portfolio is friday we have decided to update all the notes that we have at the moment, this includes adding a hyperlink to each of the pieces of work, editing the feedback that we have received from Vicky and making sure that all the fonts and graphology is the same throughout the file.

For the soundtrack we had to think of some suitable music, we don’t want anything that is too upbeat and we also decided not to have any lyrics as it would disrupt the whole film.
To get past this we decided to either find something without lyrics or use Garage band on the MAC where we could create a good soundtrack ourselves.
